Thank you for taking the time to complete the Teen Summer Reading 2009 Evaluation. This survey, which will be completed by teens throughout Allegheny County, will help us find ways to improve the Teen Summer Reading program in the future.

Every teen who participated in the Teen Summer Reading Program at their local library and completes this evaluation will be entered into a raffle to win the TSR Grand Prize: six tickets to Kennywood and limo transportation to and from the park!
