PWAR is evaluating its current practices with its Nominating Committee. We would appreciate your feedback on how your association utilizes the Nominating Committee in your annual eletions of Directors/Officers. I would be happy to share the survey results upon request. 1. Do you have a Nominating Committee that creates a slate of nominees to present to the membership for a vote?

2. Does that Nominating Committee accept applications and hold interviews with the candidates?

3. Does your Nominating Committee "select" the slate from the pool of candidates thereby eliminating possible candidates from running for election?

4. Do you have a Write-In process for any Candidate not selected by the Nominating Commitee? And is a candidate required to go through the Nominating Process in order to qualify to be a write-in candidate? Please explain.
