The Greater Independence Business Incubator is collecting this information to assess the interest and need for a shared-use commercial kitchen in the City of Independence. The proposed facility would be available to rent by the hour for area food based start-up businesses and entrepreneurs. As part of the Greater Independence Business Incubator, business education and support would be available to the businesses that use the kitchen. This project is in the very preliminary stages and no concrete plans are in place to construct this kitchen at this time, we are merely doing initial research. We are collecting this information for internal use only. We will not sell your name or email address to any outside sources, nor contact you for any other purpose than this research project.
