The purpose of this survey is to obtain feedback from attendees in order to constantly improve the computer classes.

The survey consists of 12 questions. Only some questions are required; they are indicated with an asterisk (*).

The class instructor will evaluate the results.

The results of this survey will not be made public; however, they will drive future changes and additions to the computer class syllabus and schedule.
