Introduction
Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete Abenefit2u’s Remuneration Study 2009; your contribution is very much appreciated. The accuracy of our facts and figures increases with every person who chooses to participate.
Every individual who completes our online questionnaire will automatically be emailed (our preferred ‘Green’ environmentally friendly option) a Remuneration Study Analysis for 2009. We are also offering a little extra incentive to fill in our questionnaire, every participant will be entered into a prize draw held on the day the survey closes. The winner will receive a picnic hamper.(*Participants will only be eligible for the prize draw if they have answered 25% of the questions or higher.)
Our study is also available free of charge to all clients and applicants registered with us at the time of publication. If you would like a copy of our Remuneration Study Analysis for 2009, or a copy from a previous year, but have not completed the online questionnaire during 2009, or are not a client/candidate at the time of request you may purchase a copy for the price of £20.00. All money collected from sales will be donated to charity at the end of the year. We conduct this study purely for client and candidate benefit only.
The study contains facts and figures presented in graphs, tables and diagrams for easy viewing with a report of findings and a conclusion at the end. Where clients or candidates have given consent to publish their comments, and these are relevant to the results, we will include these also.
Our Remuneration Study runs throughout 2009, with closing submissions at 00:00 on 31st December 2009.
The results of the study are collated during January 2010 and available for viewing in February 2010.
A new Remuneration Study online questionnaire will be posted from 1st January 2010 to 31st December 2010 and thereafter each year…

We have included some ‘free talk’ boxes throughout the questionnaire. Your knowledge and expertise is of significant value to this study and the more information that you are able to provide, the more we are able to learn about the current year’s fluctuations, changes and trends. Please add any additional comments that you feel could be of value, or if there is anything you would like to find out that is not in this year’s study please let us know and we can include this next year. None of the questions are compulsory, but obviously the more information you are able to provide the more accurate the analysis.
