. Welcome. This survey is intended to examine the emotional aspects of multiple sclerosis (MS). Your participation is much appreciated and will hopefully help patients, family members, and medical professionals better understand the experiences of people with MS. Your participation is voluntary and you may withdraw your participation at any time. We believe that participation should be anonymous, so we will not ask you to provide your name, address, or any information that would compromise your anonymity.
To complete this survey, responses must come from an individual with MS and someone who has face-to-face contact with the individual for at least an hour per week.
