1. Storming the Sound Conference -- South Puget Sound Region

Storming the Sound is a FREE one-day conference for environmental educators in the South Puget Sound region. This is a great opportunity for teachers, environmental organizations with education programs, and students with an interest in a career in environmental education to learn about other Puget Sound educational programs, share insights and network with other educators.

Please join us to explore and foster models and best practices for Puget Sound environmental and sustainability education.

Storming the South Sound Conference will be held at the Nisqually Wildlife Refuge Center located at 100 Brown Farm Road in Olympia, WA, from 9:00 to 4:00 on Monday October 5, 2009.

This conference is FREE but advance registration is required. A $10 lunch donation will be collected at the door. Space is limited, so register early!
