member or kid konnection program

Jumpstart
Work one-on-one with a preschool
child to help them build the skills
needed for school success.

Alternative Breaks
Spend your spring or winter break tackling
social issues throughout the United States.

America Reads
Improve the reading and writing skills of
children in grades K-3, through this tutoring
program at a local elementary school.

SAHAH
(Students Against Hunger and Homelessness)
Work with other EMU students in soup kitchens
and shelters. Participate in food drives and the
Hunger Banquet.

GREEN
(Gathering Resources to be Educated
about our Environment and Nature)
Get your hands dirty while making the planet a
healthier place through environmental projects.

Student Service Council
Leaders of EMU student organizations involved
with service meet monthly to share resources
and ideas, learn about working with volunteers
