All participants who complete this survey will become eligible to receive one of three sets of 100 pocket-sized copies of the
U.S. Constitution and
Declaration of Independence, which will be awarded by random lottery in January, 2007.
The information collected in this survey will be used only to draw general conclusions about independent schools as a whole at the federal, state, and local levels. No information about individual schools will be released to the public or shared with other organizations.
