Introduction
This is an outreach effort by the organizers of the dance who sent you the link to this survey. Their goal is to learn more about what you think about the dance and gather information that will help them make it better.
Your response will be confidential unless you choose to provide your name and contact information. The survey software will not record your Internet address or e-mail address.
The first portion of the survey will help your organizers get a good sense of how you feel -- what you like and don't like -- and give you an opportunity to suggest improvements.
Please complete at least this part of the survey.
The rest of the survey goes into more detail about the dance -- the dynamics of what goes into an enjoyable dance, specifics about what you expect from callers and bands, information about how the dance is organized.
The survey includes a section on "Volunteerism." It asks about communication - how best to keep in touch with you. And it ends with a "demographic" section that will allow them to compare responses based on gender, age, dance experience and things like that.
We hope you will have the time to complete the survey. It will provide valuable information to your organizers to help them try to make it as good as it can possibly be.and help them make your dance the best it can be.
