This survey should be taken by either law enforcement officers or other first responders and their immediate family members who are familiar with and understand the daily eating habits of "the officer," who is the person these questions pertain to.

Through this survey I hope to gain a better understanding of the challenges officers face in respect to nutrition on the job and find ways to help officers and their families become healthier, lean, mean protect-and-serve machines.
