Survey for Web 2.0 Internet Technologies for Government Sites
Exit this survey

Would you like to show Government how to assist YOU more effectively over the Internet?

Web 2.0 --also known as the Social Web-- brings with it new tools and applications that allow you to easily share your experiences with others. You probably use Web 2.0 technologies every time you visit the internet. Posting, blogging, sharing reviews, sharing video: All part of the Web 2.0 concept. For example, the ratings and reviews on Amazon.com help you make smarter choices about books, while Dell's support forums help its customers quickly find answers to specific issues that they may have by connecting with others who have already resolved the very same issues.

Web 2.0 tools and technologies --referred to simply as "Web 2.0" in this survey-- could similarly be applied to governmental and civic websites. We'd like to get your comments and opinions about this specific type of use of Web 2.0.
