1. Physical Activity

 
The goal of the physical education department is for all elementary students (grade 3-6) to exercise for at least 150 minutes per week, and all middle/high school students (grades 7-12) to exercise for at least 225 minutes per week.
1. Please select your grade level.
2. Using your log, add all the minutes together and select the total minutes that you exercised or played hard during the week.
