The Soroko-Ditlevson Scholarship recognizes a St. Cloud State University student who has demonstrated significant involvement in campus and/or community service. This $500 scholarship is made possible by a generous gift from Mary Soroko and Andy Ditlevson. The couple married in 1992 and have spent most of their professional careers at St. Cloud State University.
The donors have funded this service scholarship because they both experienced the transformational power of higher education. Prior to earning their degrees, each had very limited life choices. Both were first generation college students (i.e., none of their parents attended college).
Preference for this scholarship will be given to students who are the first in their families to attend college.

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:

•Full-time St. Cloud State University Student who has declared a Business, Communication Studies or Mass Communication major.

•Junior, senior or graduate student who has attended SCSU for at least one academic term, and who has at least one academic term left to complete their degree program.

•Minimum GPA 3.0 Undergrad and Graduate students.

•Significant involvement in campus and/or community service.
