Fly The Coop have an opportunity to make use of a space in the Northern Quarter as part of the new Hackspace. The premises are on Edge Street, and to help you find your way around:

Yes, we know it looks a bit run-down now. However, once some FTC magic has been sprinkled over the place, it will be awesome.

The space would be a group of desks in permanent use, some hot desks and potentially a meeting room. Hire would include the use of a desk and chair, free WiFi, free power and free tea/coffee facilities.

2. If you're interested in taking a permanent desk would you be prepared to pay £200-£225/month?

3. Initially, we would need people taking a permanent desk to commit to a minimum term. If interested in a permanent desk, what's the longest you feel you would be able to commit to?

4. If taking a permanent desk, when is the earliest you feel you would be able to start your commitment?

5. If using it as a hot desking venue, would you be prepared to pay £15-£20/day?

6. How often would you use it for hot-desking on average?

7. A meeting room will probably be provided. Permanent users will get free use when not otherwise booked, hot-deskers will get a discount, but at full price will be charged out at £10/hour, £20/half-day or £40/day. Would you be prepared to pay this just for the use of the meeting room?

9. How often do you think you would find yourself paying for use of the meeting room?
