1. Welcome to the 2009 Hazon Food Conference Survey
Your feedback is extremely important to us. We want to know about your experience because it will help us create an even better experience for Food Conference participants next year. Your responses below will also help explain to our partners and funders the impact that Hazon's food work is having. So, thank you, in advance, for completing the survey!
You are welcome to submit the survey anonymously. If you do choose to include your name (which lets us contact you for follow-up), we will offer a $50.00 discount toward registration for the 2010 California Bide Ride that you can use yourself or give to a friend. You will also be entered into a raffle to win a Hazon Jersey and a copy of Michael Pollan's new book "Food Rules." Discounts and "Food Rules" raffle will be available to Food Conference participants who COMPLETE THE SURVEY BY JANUARY 6, 2009.
For starters, please tell us how you heard about the Food Conference and why you decided to attend.
