As I walked into the building, I was greeted warmly by at least 2 people

As I passed through the outer areas of the building, I noticed that they were well-maintained and attractive

I was able to get any/all information I needed from Staff or Volunteers.

I found a place to sit that was adequate for my needs

I was greeted at the door to the sanctuary and given an Order of service.

I did not have to make my way around any groups or clusters of people who were blocking access.
