The survey asks about what you are expecting from your Schoolies celebrations. It's part of a study we are doing into what happens at Schoolies, and what support is needed to make it safer for everyone. This is being done by the Burnet Institute of Medical Research with DRUG ARM's Centre for Addiction Research & Education (CARE); it has ethics approval from the Alfred Hospital Research Ethics Committee (project number 346/09, approved 29 October 2009).

Your answers to the survey are completely confidential and anonymous. Only the research team will have access to the information and only conglomerated information will be released.

Although we will ask you at the end of the survey if you want to leave your name and email address (to go into the prize draw), this information will be stored separately to your answers. You don't have to leave your details if you don't want to.
