1. Introduction
One of the major goals of Mentor Kenosha & Racine is to provide a cycle of quality training to the mentoring community. To help us achieve this goal,Mentor Kenosha & Racine invites the professional/volunteer staff of mentoring programs in Racine and Kenosha Counties to participate in identifying training needs by taking part in the following survey. The survey consists of 22 questions and should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
In this survey, Mentor Kenosha & Racine will be asking about training from several different perspectives.
- the training priorities of professional/volunteer staff;
- the training needs of the program's mentors;
- the circumstances that will ensure the best delivery of training.
This survey provides you with the opportunity to address all of these areas.
Mentor Kenosha & Racine will use the results of this survey to create an annual cycle of training that will enhance mentoring services in three ways:
- Increase your program's capacity to provide outstanding mentoring services;
- Enhance Mentor Kenosha & Racine's capacity to provide effective training to mentoring programs;
- Pass the results of the training on to mentor-mentee relationships in Kenosha and Racine Counties.
When the survey results are compiled, each mentoring program receiving this invitation will receive survey results regarding training priorities and delivery mechanisms for professional/volunteer staff and mentors.
