C-Space Evaluation

1. C-Space Evaluation

C-Space is a new tool, developed in partnership with ICN, NHS Scotland and SnowCloud, to support online collaboration in developing ICNP © Catalogues.

This project involves mapping community nursing problems and interventions commonly used in Scotland to equivalent terms in the International Classification of Nursing Practice (ICNP ©). The project is unique in that it provides a “virtual tool”(C-Space) so that a wide range of nurses and others with an interest in clinical information can get involved.

We would like to give you the opportunity to help us evaluate this tool and the
mapping process.

Section 1 of the questionnaire asks some questions about yourself so that we can evaluate our communication.
Section 2 concentrates on your experience of accessing and using the website. Section 3 focuses on the mapping tool itself.
Section 4 asks about your use of the discussion function.
Finally Section 5 asks your opinions about the mapping.

You don’t have to add additional comments about any of the questions but free text boxes are available if you wish to clarify or add further details to any of your responses.

Responses are confidential and no identities will be revealed

To register and access the C-Space mapping tool please go to http://icnp.clinicaltemplates.org/register. The site will be open for registration and comments until 30th September 2009.

Further information and guidance on using the tool is available from alison.wallis@nhs.net
