Sex Offender sent as service man survey

You just saw the video of the sex offender who was sent to the home of a single woman to remodel her kitchen. Please let us know your opinion about the case and we will anonymously post the results in our next newsletter.
Afterwards, please let us know about how you manage your criminal background screening and your safety and security program. We can then give you a simple report on an assessment of your level of security.

The results will never be shared with anyone else and the results will be deleted once you have a copy and are notified.
