Dear Parents & Friends,

As a part of continuously improving Newton Youth Hockey we would like to invite you to take a survey that we believe will help us better align objectives of the organization and the real life, day-to-day schedules of busy families, and your family's interests in skating and
hockey.

The survey is divided into two parts - the first half is a very fast, easy-to-fill-out opinion survey with one "open-ended" question. Very quick. If you'd like to give
some feedback but you have very little time it would be great if you could fill this out. The second half invites you to provide more feedback and evaluation of yours and your child's coaching experience this year. This coaching survey will also be available separately at the end of the year.
