Crown is stalling in EA negotiations. They are refusing to offer a fair pay increase and have made their own proposals that would cost some Crown employees thousands of dollars in pay.
If Crown keeps stalling and refuses to walk away from these cuts — which Casino Union members have already rejected — Casino Union members as a result will have no choice but to take legally protected industrial action.
This will require a vote to be run by the Australian Electoral Commission, by postal ballot.
