Renzulli Learning Online Learning Program

Thank you for your interest in the Renzulli Learning System (RLS) Differentiated Instruction Online Program. Now that we have received completed surveys from many schools we are happy to be able to invite you to apply for this terrific opportunity.

Please complete this application to qualify for professional development support and a program subsidy for the Renzulli Learning System by Friday, August 22nd. This deadline was put in place to enable us to begin preparations for a professional development launch of August 28th. This program is designed as a year-long commitment as part of the Campaign for Middle School Student Success. The program is primarily directed toward Middle Schools, however, we encourage all schools to apply for consideration. Middle Schools will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A limited number of elementary and high schools will also be considered on a first-come, first-served basis pending resource availability.

If you are applying for this opportunity you know, Renzulli Learning System (RLS) is a valuable resource based on 30 years of research designed to help students learn more about their own interests and talents. RLS is an amazing tool that helps teachers differentiate instruction with a powerful engine that searches through thousands of pre-screened resources on the web and within the Renzulli Learning database, to find enriching, challenging opportunities for all students in their specific areas of interest and choice. Students can register for Renzulli Learning during school by answering a series of questions about their interests and the ways they like to learn. Using that information, the RLS provides a written profile that summarizes student’s talents, interests and preferred learning styles. Then, a series of interesting and challenging enrichment activities are specially selected for students to explore. Over 35,000 activities are currently logged into the system and each of these was carefully searched and identified! You can view each student’s profile and enrichment activities making it easy for educators to differentiate instruction. Teachers and families can encourage students to talk about his/her interests and then support these interests and talents both at school and at home. For a preview of these the Renzulli Learning System please visit www.renzullilearning.com.
