Gay Men's Health Crisis (GMHC), in collaboration with Gay Men of African Descent (GMAD) and the New York State Task Force on Black Gay Health, a program of the MOCHA Center Inc., is conducting a survey to obtain input from New York City Black gay, bisexual and same gender loving men about their knowledge, perceptions and understanding of the HIV/AIDS services available to them and to ascertain their views of the organizations which provide these services. This survey is part of community wide efforts to coordinate an effective and heightened response to increasing rates of HIV infection among Black gay, bisexual and same gender loving men in New York City. To ensure that your views are represented, please complete the survey below by October 30, 2009. Survey respondents must be Black gay, bisexual and/or same gender loving men who live in and/or access services in New York City.

1. The quality of HIV prevention services for Black gay and bisexual men, same gender loving (SGL) men, and other men who have sex with men (MSM) provided by leading NYC community based organizations (CBOs) is adequate.
