This survey is being carried out by me (Nick Chancellor) and is not coming directly from the FreeChurch staff. As such, no one on the Free Church staff will have direct access to any of the raw data collected. Your responses to this survey are therefore 100% CONFIDENTIAL AND ANONYMOUS. Nothing you say in this survey will be attributed to you directly, but rather reported on in aggregate form (e.g. 73% of Free Church members say that they strongly approve of their Senior Pastor’s red hair).
