This Issue's Dilemma:
What should I do about what I heard between the lines?
The
other day, I was on a conference call with a couple of my vendors. After I said
good-bye, I thought I’d disconnected the call but I hadn’t, and I heard them
say some disparaging things about me. Should I stop doing business with them?
Tell them what I heard and ask for an explanation? Or what?
