SEI Member Awards 2010 Nomination Form Survey

The Annual SEI Member Awards recognize those SEI Members who have had a significant impact on our community by facing a specific problem, challenge, implementing an innovative solution, or achieving measurable results.

Winners will be honored at the annual SEI Member Assembly and Luncheon, which will be held March 22-25 in Savannah, Georgia.

Please feel free to nominate as many individuals as you would like, however we ask that you submit multiple nominations individually.

Surveys must be turned in by December 4, 2009. Winners will be notified by December 18, 2009.
