Complete this short questionnaire to indicate your availability to proctor for the state benchmark exams for the Arkansas Virtual Academy on the following dates: April 6th & 7th and/or the week of April 12th - 16th, 2009. Testing occurs during the normal school day (8:00AM - 4:00PM)

Proctors will be reimbursed for their services at a daily rate of $75.00.

All proctors are required by the AR Department of Education to attend a Proctor training which ARVA will provide online prior to the April test dates.

All potential proctors will be contacted once the survey is complete AND a current teaching certificate is submitted to ARVA. Fax your teaching certificate to 501-664-4226 or email it to trichardson@arva.org.
