Welcome to the Wellesley 1968 40th Reunion Survey. Results will be reported in the Record Book and at Reunion.

Please respond to as many questions as possible, although you should feel free to skip any question you find objectionable or that does not apply to you. While the survey looks long, it actually goes quite quickly. Please try to stay with it to the end; we really are interested in providing a profile of our class 40 years beyond Wellesley.

If you are taking the survey online, you might want to read through the paper copy first, or even mark some of your answers on paper before submitting them online. The two versions are identical. The online version is divided into sections. At the end of each section, you will be given a choice between moving on to the next section or returning to the previous section. Use your mouse or the side scroll bar to move up and down within sections.

Why take the online version? Because it will make our analyses easier, faster, and more accurate, and because it will save you the postage and time needed to mail it. But if you prefer to use the paper version, please send your completed questionnaire to the address provided below. Please choose only one response format, either the online survey or a mailed copy of your completed questionnaire. Either way, your responses will be completely confidential.

Survey Monkey restricts some of our formatting options, so please excuse odd fonts, item formats, and page breaks, especially on the printed version. When a question seems oddly truncated at the end of a page, look for the continuation on the following page.

Please use only whole numbers in responding to numerical questions. Use of fractions or decimals may prevent you from moving to the next section of the survey.
