On June 3, the Rockford Register Star and www.rrstar.com launched HealthyRockford.com, a local health and healthy living Web site. The new Web site incorporates strong local experts and news content with national experts, news and information.

In addition to the interactive Web site, HealthyRockford.com also includes a page in the Sunday Life&Style section and two health special sections inside Rockford Woman Magazine. The integrated products are designed to provide strong, comprehensive, local health and healthy living news and advice to three different audiences on "platforms" that deliver news 24-7-365.
