We might decide to interview you about one of your answers so that we can include you in the yearbook. Help out and answer the questions so we aren't just talking to the same popular people for the entire yearbook. It is really important for us that we get a good spread of everyone's activities, not just the "usual" guys.

We will not share your answers with anyone. We will use some of your answers as part of statistics (like what percent of students like Coke and what percent prefer Pepsi.) We may decide to interview you for a story because of your answers to some other questions. We won't quote you from your answers or put your answers directly into the yearbook.
