The mission of the Children's Justice Act (CJA) Task Force is:

To review, evaluate and make recommendations to improve the investigative, administrative and judicial handling of child abuse cases.

In order to fulfill this mission, the CJA Task Force conducts a statewide needs assessment every 3 years. The feedback and information obtained in this assessment helps the task force develop their funding goals and projects for the next 3 years.
