Dear Participant,

This Questionnaire investigates whether outsourcing of Project Management Office functions (PMO) contributes to improved organizational performance. The student intends to address the question of whether PMO functions can be outsourced to improve the organizations performance and formulate related hypotheses in regards to PMO functions of project delivery, project management development, methods and tools, and project portfolio management and the moderating influence of governance and standards.

You are being asked to participate in an anonymous research study about how organizations manage their Projects through PMO or outsourcing efforts. Your participation in this research is voluntary. If you decide to participate, you are free to withdraw at any time. Answers will be held anonymous, published results cannot be traced back to individuals or organizations. There is no right or wrong answers and participation is voluntarily. The following survey will take 25-30 minutes of your time and must be completed in one session.

We believe you will find the survey useful because you can benchmark the results with your peers in the industry. After the survey is closed, we will provide you with a summary analysis of highlights to share with all volunteers and PMI members.
