Objective of the Survey: The study explores the challenges faced by ethnic/minority & women small business owners. You as a participant in this study would gain access to the full report (not freely available to the public). Specifically the study will explore credit access, cash flow management, internet usage and marketing challenges, and give you direct insight on how to get access to credit, improve your services to existing customers and attract new customers.
