Hello!

Have you done research in science, mathematics, engineering or computer science that didn't meet your expectations?

If so, we would appreciate your taking the time to answer the following five questions.

From survey responses, we will select a number of students to interview to more fully explore factors that affect the quality of students' research experiences.

Interviews will be conducted either in person or by telephone and will take about 30 minutes to an hour. We will schedule interviews during the month of May.

Students whom we interview will be compensated $20.00 for their time.

Your participation is voluntary and all answers are confidential. This study meets all human subjects regulations and has been approved by the Institutional Review Board at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
