St. Cloud State University is planning to submit a federal grant proposal aimed at reducing high risk drinking among off-campus students. You have been identified as a local property manager who may be renting to students of either St. Cloud State University or St. Cloud Technical College.

We are interested in getting some initial feedback from you about your level of interest in participating with us during this two year grant period.

Integral to our goal is the reduction of negative consequences of high risk use to our students and community, and this would include damage that you may deal with as a result of students’ excessive use of alcohol.
