FECCA (Federation of Ethnic Communities Councils of Australia) is developing a paper: "Developing a National Model for Multicultural Youth Programs Based on Best Practice Initiatives".

Your experience with multicultural youth programs in your libraries and communities can help inform the paper.

The following questions are taken directly from the FECCA consultation paper:

1. What elements do you consider as important for a national model to include? (optional)

2. What are the fundamental issues that multicultural youth programs should address?

3. In your view, what are effective strategies for engaging with CALD youth in the planning and development of programs?

4. What considerations need to be factored in to accommodate the diversity that exists amongst multicultural youth?

5. What other thoughts do you have regarding the development of a national model of multicultural youth programs?
