Why did you decide to NOT register for credit for this internship (check ALL that apply) My schedule was too full to do an internship for credit. I didn't know you could do internships for credit! I didn't have the prerequisites/class standing/or am otherwise not allowed to get credit.	I did not want to pay for the credits. The internship position would not qualify for credit. I didn't know I could get credit for a paid internship.	I didn't want to do school assignments or have class or meetings for my internship. I couldn't register by the semester deadline.
