12. Room set up. You will be assigned to a presentation room based on your response to this item. Room set up will NOT be changed at the conference.

13. Technology Resources:
Due to high convention center technology fees for this conference, GSTA will not provide any technology resources for presentations. Presenters must provide all audiovisual and presentation technology for his/her presentation. GSTA will NOT provide overhead projectors, computers, microphones, LCD projectors, TVs, VCRs, DVD Players or slide projectors. Each presentation room will have a projection screen and a limited number of electrical outlets. Presenters are encouraged to bring extension cords and power strips if using multiple electrical devices. Wifi will not be available in the convention center for presenters or attendees.
