Your responses will serve to identify transfer of learning (TOL) activities that pertain to the seven fully standardized content areas of the Common Core noted above. Based on the information received from this survey, shareable TOL activities will be posted on the Common Core Curricula web pages of the CalSWEC website, or accessed through an indicated contact person or agency.

If you have any questions about this survey, please contact Phyllis Jeroslow, CalSWEC’s Training & Curriculum Specialist: pjero@berkeley.edu.

3. Title and Access

4. Due to the frequent sharing of training materials among child welfare training professionals and entities in California, the origins of a TOL activity may not always be known. CalSWEC seeks to provide accurate information as to the proper credits for the publicly available resources posted on its website. If you know who developed and/or sponsored the development of the TOL activity, please indicate how credit should be noted:

5. Please add any information you have about where you learned about this TOL activity, even if you do not know who developed it or specifics about who should get credit for it.

6. Please describe the purpose or goal of the TOL activity. For example, "The purpose of this TOL activity is to reinforce the importance of formulating a case plan according to the S.M.A.R.T. objectives."
