Before applying, you should determine the project you intend to pursue within PREVENT and who the appropriate team members will be to carry out that project. You will be asked to describe the project in the application. Please make sure you have carefully read the FAQs prior to applying.

The application process consists of three parts:
Part 1: On-line application form
Part 2: Current resume for each team member (submitted via fax or email)
Part 3: Letter of Support from each team member’s supervisor (submitted via fax or email)

Applications in their entirety are due December 10, 2008 by 5PM EST.
