1. CCES Alert Now Data Collection Survey
By completing this survey, you will be providing CCES with your Alert Now contact numbers. Once the initial survey collection period ends (Sept 22), contact numbers will be extracted and used to create the 2011-2012 Alert Now database. The survey will remain available throughout the year as the means for collecting any changes to your Alert Now contact numbers. Updates submitted during the year will be collected from the survey and added to the Alert Now database on a bi-weekly basis. There will be no telephone solicitation of numbers this year.
