Overheads are “Good”, but at what Cost?
The National Support Service for Income Generation is working with Peach Consultancy to consider the development of a capacity measuring and overhead comparison index or tool, that enables CEO’s and Senior Managers, (and those support workers that work with them), to compare and assess the efficiency of their overheads and support services such as Finance, Fundraising, IT, facilities, communications, staff training and HR.
