NMNH Education & Outreach Human Origins Survey
1. Introduction and General Information
As part of a new initiative, the Human Origins Program at the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History is developing an exhibit on human origins. Please take approximately 10 minutes to complete this survey to help us gauge the interest that you have in this exhibit and your needs for materials and resources to support your students’ learning from it.
In the exhibit we are planning, students will be able to come face to face with scientifically accurate reconstructions of some early human species, find out how scientists use fossils and DNA to learn about the past, and explore artifacts that show how human traits evolved as early humans adapted to changing climates.
Your responses to this survey are strictly confidential and cannot be traced to you unless you provide us with your email address.
Please respond as thoroughly and honestly as you can to the following questions. Thank you for your interest and your participation!
