I'm taking a brief survey for a paper that I’m writing for my Introduction to the Digital Age Class. The survey is about how investment firms are communicating with investors during the current volatile economic environment. I’m trying to determine whether firms are using digital technologies (e.g. electronic mail messages from CEOs, Web site videos, etc.) to help investors make sense of the current market conditions.
