We need your help to evaluate a new website. The primary goal of the RN Studies website, at the University of Michigan, is to improve effective communication between students, faculty and staff. The provision of a website for the RN Studies Program will increase effective communication with the outcome of enhanced student, faculty and staff satisfaction at all three campuses, Ann Arbor, Kalamazoo, and Traverse City.

The purpose of this Evidence-based Nursing Project Survey is to test whether the flow of communication between students, faculty and staff members in the RN Studies Program can be improved. Because you are a student, faculty or staff member, your opinions are important. We ask that you please complete the attached survey covering the RN Studies Program website.

Your answers will be kept confidential and your name will never be linked to any of the information you provide. Responses will be reported only in the aggregate. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. I thank you in advance for taking time to complete this survey.
