Teaching Objectives:
The participant will be able to:
1. Understand deregulated pro-survival BCL-2 family cell death regulatory factors as potential molecular therapeutic targets in infant leukemias with MLL translocations
2. Define overlap between apoptosis and autophagy cell death pathways
3. Understand application of iterative phamacostatistical modeling and simulation approaches to the development of obatoclax for leukemia in infants
