Taurus Development Group, in partnership with CoolTown Beta Communities, is 'crowdsourcing' (ie applying the Wikipedia approach to) newly constructed attainably-priced* triple bottom line** green residential condos to the 1300 block of H Street NE, also known as the Atlas District. However, this can only happen if we are able to prove that there is a market for such a progressive development, and that's what this survey's results will determine.
*Starting at or under $200K.
**Economically, environmentally and socially beneficial.
