This is a short (10 question) survey on your experiences and perceptions of Ohio Wines. I am gathering this information for a potential article/book. This is a personal project with no ties to the Ohio Wine industry or any other commercial entity. No responses will be attached to individuals without express permission.

The questions in this survey apply only to wine from grapes, not fruit or other wines.

Upon completion of this survey, a link to a seperate survey about specific wine varieties and wineries will be available. This is a little more time-consuming and purely optional.
